Royal Empire Doodles – Refund Policy At Royal Empire Doodles, we are deeply committed to the health, well-being, and successful placement of every puppy we raise. Due to the nature of planning, care, and personalized preparation involved in responsible breeding, the following refund policy is in place: Reservation Fees & Payments • All reservation deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve a specific puppy or place in line and cover ongoing care and development. • If a family chooses to back out after a deposit has been placed, that deposit is forfeited. • Full payment is due 1 week prior to go-home day. Once full payment is made, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated below. Refunds Will Only Be Considered If: • A puppy is determined by a licensed veterinarian to have a serious congenital or life-threatening health issue prior to go-home day, and no suitable replacement can be provided. • Royal Empire Doodles is unable to fulfill the placement due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. Transfer of Payment/Deposit • If a family experiences a major life change prior to go-home day and notifies us in writing, we may allow a one-time transfer of funds to a future litter at our discretion. • This option is not guaranteed and depends on the timing and circumstances. Commitment to the Puppy By submitting a deposit or full payment, buyers agree to move forward in good faith and with the intention of bringing home their puppy as scheduled. Please understand that last-minute cancellations affect not only our small business but also the development and stability of the puppy.
